GE managed Windows machines
- Click here to download the installation package. This is for GE managed devices ONLY!
- Locate the downloaded file, right click and select "Run as Administrator"
- Follow on screen prompts to complete installation
- Close and re-open your web browser
GE managed Mac machines
- Click here to download the installation package. This is for GE managed devices ONLY!
- Locate certificate_installer.pkg in your finder
- Right click and click "Open"
- If you receive a warning prompt, click "Open"
- Enter your Mac username and password if prompted
- Follow on screen prompts to complete installation
- Close and re-open your web browser
BlackBerry 10 Users
- Please be sure to use your "work browser" to connect to the Internet while on the GE network. If you are on your "work browser" and receive this page, please continue to the next step.
- Download and open file GE External Root CA 2.1
- When prompted, enter device PIN
- Click "Install"
- Confirm "Install" at second prompt
- Click "Done"
Linux / Other OS / non-GE managed devices
- Download the following certificate file: GE External Root CA 2.1
- Import certificate into the OS certificate store, Java certificate store, and the application certificate stores
